Interesting is that his height is mentioned. He was then 62½ "tommer" in Danish which is 62,5 inches or 158,75 cm.
The note is telling us that he left for Ballum Parish in 1832. They spelled Ballum wrong, writing Balling...as far as I can see then he was accused for doing something illegal. I will have to figure out what he did or didn´do...
