Danny L. Tobiasson, 90, of North Platte, passed away March 2, 2012 at Premier Estates. He was born Jan. 4, 1922 to Jens and Evesta (Hogrief) Tobiasson at Gibbon, NE. On July 15, 1945, he was united in marriage to Mary L. McHarness at North Platte. Danny farmed south of North Platte and was employed by Western Livestock Auction. He enjoyed taking care of his land, cattle and coyote hunting. He is survived by his wife, Mary of North Platte; four children, David (Jean) Tobiasson of Wellfleet, Vicki (Clarence) Ogier of Wallace, Jane (Lee) Sedlacek and Tom (Lori) Tobiasson both of North Platte; six grandchildren, Jens, Christina, Jennifer, Josh, Terry and Kenny. He was preceded in death by his parents; an infant brother, Guy Tobiasson; sister and brother-in-law, Edna and Gale Galloway; and a sister-in-law, Helen Tobiasson. Memorials are suggested to Great Plains Regional Medical Center Hospice Program. Funeral services will be March 7, 2012 at Carpenter Memorial Chapel. Burial will be at Floral Lawns Memorial Gardens
