  Stella Kaser Oregonian, The (Portland, OR) - Thursday, September 26, 2019 Stella Kaser April 13, 1932 - Sept. 8, 2019 Stella Kaser was born in Alberta, Canada April 13, 1932, to parents Viggo and Tilda Lindberg. Stella was one of four daughters. She immigrated to Portland with her parents in 1953, where she met her husband Kyle. She loved playing music, baking, gardening, hiking, photography, quilting and sharing rich connections with family and friends. She traveled extensively outside of the United States and her two most memorable trips were to Guatemala and Finland. Stella loved history, was a secretary of the Oregon City Historical Society and walked 500 miles of the Oregon Trail during the 1993 Sesquicentennial.
