Notes - I just talked to Blanche briefly. Anna and Ernest met while they were both working on a farm in North Dakota. They stayed in Sioux City after they left North Dakota because Ernest got work helping to clean up a big building that had just collapsed. Blanche may have told me in 2011 that it was a department store.
