  Cornelia M. McHale, 62, of 353 S. Hague Ave., Columbus, was killed about 3 p.m. yesterday when a car driven by her daughter collided with a dump truck just west of here, Pickaway County Sheriff Dwight E. Radcliff said. McHale's daughter, Linda Scott, 36, of 1746 Rivermont Rd., Columbus, was in poor condition yesterday in Grant Medical Center in Columbus with fractured ribs and possible other internal injuries, Radcliff said. Scott was northbound on Rt. 104 when she pulled into the path of a dump truck driven west on Rt. 22 by Randy E. Carroll, 34, of Chillicothe, the sheriff said.
