Mildred Elizabeth Holm Collins, 84, of 256 Peck Lane, formerly of West Haven, died Feb. 16. She was the widow of Raymond V. Collins. She was a retired president of the New Haven Credit Adjustment Bureau. She leaves sons Raymond V. Jr. and Brian W. Collins of West Haven; a brother, Walter Holm of Wallingford; a sister, Jean Valentine of Block Island, R.I.; five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
